Fingerprint unlock on LG

Just installed 1password on my LG Thinq G8, trying to configure fingerprint biometric for unlock. After being prompted to touch the sensor, the response is repeatedly either "Fingerprint Sensor is Dirty"" Or "Try Again" until I make too many attempts. I use fingerprint to unlock the phone so I know sensor works. tnx

    Hey @MarkL1, thanks for reaching out to us! Biometric Unlock is provided by Android, which only allows 1Password to know if your fingerprint was recognized or not.

    Can you try turning off Biometric Unlock in 1Password > Settings > Security, then turning it on again? Can you also try deleting and adding a new fingerprint on your device?

    Let me know if that fixes the issue!

    I deleted and reinstalled my fingerprint on the device. After that it works with 1password.
