Not Open Links on a New iMac with catalina

I have been a 1Password 7 user for a while. It will not open any of the links on a new iMac with Catalina 10.15. I enabled the extension in Safari, but nothing happens. Help

OS Version: Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7
Sync Type: iCloud

    Could you please confirm for us what your 'default web browser' setting is set to in System Preferences > General?
