I have 1Password on my Mac. How do I get it on my iPhone without paying again?

When I follow the instructions, I get to the App Store which wants me to pay to put 1Password on my iPhone. I thought I could pay 1x for the program and then be able to use my phone, iPad and MacBook Pro? What are the steps to add my iPhone/Ipad to the program?

How are you syncing? 1Password.com? A different subscription will not be needed if you have an existing 1Password.com membership. Please try adding your account to the device.
