Is it possible to use 1password for MacBook pro login?

New user here, just setting things up and learning how to use 1password... I'm wondering whether 1password can be used to automatically fill my MacBook pro user login when i first flip open the laptop? Or is that not possible since I can't get access to the 1password app till i've logged in -- which would be a Catch-22!
TIA

Indeed; that's exactly the situation. :) Nothing saying you can't generate a password using the 'memorable' recipe in 1Password, and save an item, but 1Password wouldn't be able to fill on your Mac's login screen. You'd need to memorize the password. Perhaps in the future Apple will make it possible for password managers to integrate with the macOS login process, but I haven't heard even any rumors of that. :)
