Cannot log in via web extension on Mac
Hi,
I cannot access 1password web extension as it doesn't accept the password as if it is incorrect. Though I log in just fine via browser and iPhone. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanx, Anastasia

Which version of our extension did you download? Based on your description, I believe you are using 1Password X. Please make sure you are filling in the following information.
Sign In address = https://my.1Password.com
Email address = Your email address.
Your Secret Key = Your Secret Key.

Thank you! actually I've found the solution in one your previous help comments to the user who seemed to have the same problem as I do - I've reset all the information via Help-Troubleshooting tab. This helped! (Seems that my Mac had some residual files from my previous 1pw account that I haven't been using a year or two, while my iPhone has a brand new account information. Thanx again!
