Any news on a fix, rebooting everytime really isn't a solution?

Do you see this even after a reboot? If you do, you might be experiencing a different issue.

Yes I do.
Installed Big Sur over the weekend, rebooted the Mac for bootcamp last night and rebooted again for Mac OS.
Was working first thing this morning, now no 1P icon in Safari.

Then it is indeed a different issue from the original one reported by the other user, thank you for the confirmation. I have split your comments into a separate discussion :+1:
If you open Safari Preferences > Extensions tab, is the 1Password extension there, and is it enabled? It should look similar to this:

It is then it disappears when the icon disappears from the Safari toolbar.

I would like to ask you to generate a diagnostics report from your Mac and email it to us to support+forum@agilebits.com, so we can take a closer look at why this is happening to you.
After you have sent the email, please feel free to post the ticket number you received so we can locate your message and connect it with this forum discussion.
Looking forward to your message!

I've just sent one port reboot & extension working.
I'll send another when the extension stops working.

The icon appears after complete quit and restart however disappears again. Disabling and enabling brings the icon momentarily however disappears after that. any suggestions or help ?

Do you have other extensions installed in Safari? I wonder if this is not related to Big Sur, but rather to something else that is causing some interference. I am also using 1Password 7 on Big Sur, and the Safari extension remains enabled for me, but 1Password is the only extension installed.
