    Hey @GDX75 ,

If one login works and the other doesn't, it means you just need to re-save that login anew so it would record the page properly. Here's what you should try:
    1. Get to the login page of the website.
    2. Manually fill in the credentials of the login that doesn't work by typing it in with your keyboard.
    3. Right click the 1Password icon on the top right corner of your browser and select "Save Login".
    4. In the save prompt that shows up, make sure you are saving a new login and not updating the existing one. Give it a unique name so you can tell it is the new login and not confuse it with the old one.
    5. Refresh the page, then try to autofill with the new login you just saved.

Does the new login work correctly?

  • Hi,
    Unfortunatly not.
I still have the same issue.

I imagine a specila caracters in the password generate a bad interpretation.

    How to fix it ?

    Hey @GDX75 ,

If you don't use 1Password, but instead manually type in your username and password into the fields, are you able to log into your account successfully? Or does it also just refreshes the page without an error?

  • Yes, it works ! without any error !!

    Can you please try this:
    1. Open your 1Password 7 desktop app.
    2. Delete the login that doesn't work.
    3. Select the login that does indeed work correctly and duplicate it (right click -> Duplicate).
    4. Edit this duplicated login and put the username and password of the non-working login into it, then click "Save".
    5. Try to autofill the website with that duplicated login and see if it works.

  • Hi,
Many thanks, this process work well.

A ghost character must be include in the first version.

    Thanks for your time,
Have a good 'confined' days & weeks,

    Cheers,
