I'm losing data from 1 password 7 intermitently (Mac). #FTN-85451-592

Some time ago you kindly assisted me when I reported losing data . I m a Mac user on catalina and I sync via 1password 7 to a couple of iPhones. previous 4 or 5 records were lost (and they were not to be found in the deleted items) trash can. I did some troubleshooting over a period of time with you but at the end of it you put it down to a datas corruption that could not be replicated. I thought that was the end of it until tonight when I went online to buy a flight ticket and to my surprise the record in 1 password had gone. Does anyone have any ideas on the way forward. is there a backup somewhere on 1password.com from which I can revert to a previous data set and retrieve the information? Regards. Danny
