Syncing issues with iPhone and 1Password X

Experiencing issue with newly-created password on iPhone not syncing with 1Password X. I had hoped that moving to your subscription model would eliminate past issues that I had syncing with either Dropbox or iCloud. Admittedly, this is unusual behavior but syncing is a vital function for me.

    Disregard earlier post, as I just discovered this was a different issue. Somehow the iPhone's default vault for saving new records was changed back to Private, which I do not want to sync with 1P X. This is my wife's phone and the fine tuning that I perform on her behalf is typically from my Mac. I know for sure at one point I changed that default setting to a vault that does sync with 1P's server, so I'm at a loss as to how that got changed back to Private. In any case, I am relieved to know that the crucial syncing function is in order.

    I'm glad to hear you managed to figure this out on your own :)

    Indeed, our cloud service doesn't work with local vaults, so make sure you save new logins and passwords in the correct vault for syncing!
