iPhone and Mac clients can't use same Vaults - what have I done?
I've got myself in a bit of a muddle and it means that I'm missing sync items on some devices. It seems there's a Vault on my iDevices that my Mac client doesn't have access to and I can't work out how to fix this.
All devices see my Main Vault - it shows up as:
Tim O'Donnell (heading)
- Personal (vault)
- Demo (vault) - don't use this but it is there
- Family Vault (vault) - don't use this but it is there
On my iDevices I ALSO see
ON ICLOUD (heading)
- Primary (vault)
My iDevices default to adding new items into the iCloud vault and these do NOT sync to my Mac client OR my 1Password.com browser vaults. The iCloud syncing vault is only accessible on my iDevices.
I cannot see how to make this vault also available on my Mac and online - and as a result things are getting out of sync.
I'd been a pre-purchased user of 1Password for a long time before switching to the subscription/icloud via app Store - wonder if this is part of the problem?
