Apple Watch 1Password App Has Only A Single Password

When I click on the 1Password app on my Series 6 watch it only shows a single login out of 500 on my phone and iMac. Thanks.

The Apple Watch app does not support all of your data. You must add items to the watch that you wish to show up there.
