iPhone11 will no longer support my 1Password app. Does not open with facial recognition and does not give option to put in password.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. 1Password 7 is supported on the iPhone 11. Have you tried restarting the phone? Apple has a guide on how to do so, here:
