    Hi @noqued!

Can you please double check the URL? This is what I see if I try to visit it:

Sorry. You're totally right. This is the URL I get redirected to.

    The original URL is this:

    https://axianses.webex.com/webappng/sites/axianses/dashboard?siteurl=axianses

It then redirects to the one I sent earlier, which is the Cisco WebEx Single Sign On. It uses multiple redirections throughout the login process.

Cisco makes a different splash page for every customer, so watch out for differences among them. For example, this is the login URL for WebEx for another organization:

    https://es-orange.webex.com/webappng/sites/es-orange/dashboard?siteurl=es-orange

There may be different attributes in the webs/fields, but the login process is always the same.

    @noqued:

Thank you! I have tested the login form, and the 1Password X inline menu is showing up for me in the first site:

But it does not show up on the second, which has a completely different login form, as you said. Is 1Password not showing up on either login form for you?

    Hi @ag_ana,

Actually, I only have credentials for the first one (axianses.webex.com). The second link I provided was just an example of another organization's WebEx site, but the one I use and the one I'm having trouble with is the first one.

I've been doing some tests and found out that 1Password X is working on a personal macOS computer at home, but it's not working on my Linux laptop at work. I use the same browser on both (Chrome). On the mac, 1Password X comes up without trouble, but on the Linux version of chrome, it doesn't. Even if I manually select "Show 1Password" from the contextual menu, it doesn't work either.

    I'm using:

    • Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
    • Gnome 3.36.3
    • Chrome 86.0.4240.193 (64-bit)

    Thanks. Regards,

    Diego

  • Hey Diego.

I'm curious, is it only filling from the inline menu that doesn't work on this site on the Linux side of things? That is, if you open the pop-up from the toolbar extension icon, are you able to click the Autofill button there, and does it fill appropriately?

    Michael
