Have updated to latest 1Password Version but cannot get the new Apple Watch selection tick boxes. The older Preference screen still showing.

Before you can activate the option in 1Password, you need to set up Auto Unlock on your Mac. Can you confirm that you have done that already?

Hi,
Auto unlock is supported and selected also both my iMac and MacBook are both supported but preference window still not updating!. Would I need to uninstall then reinstall the software?.

both your machines have T1 or T2 secure enclaves or are M1 based AppleSilicon Macs?

Not sure what that last comment was trying to say but it went over my head somewhat!. Will come back to this from time to time as to be honest it is not a deal breaker so speak. Will this feature work on a series 4 or only series 6?, perhaps that's the problem.
