Hi @arthurb! Welcome to the forum!

I have managed to reproduce this issue, and for the moment resizing the save dialog gets the pop-up to work again. I saw that there is an open issue internally so our developers are already aware of this. Hopefully there will be a fix soon ;)

FYI, I wasn't able to resize the save dialog (also running macOS 11.01). The only side that indicates it's resizeable with the cursor is the left-hand-side but doing so seems to just move the dialog box rather than resize it (and I still couldn't use the dropdown).

What worked for me was enabling Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls and then using tab to select the File Format field and make the dropdown appear.

It did render very weirdly though, with some of the boxes outside the window.
