Transferring vaults from personal account to new family account
I've just taken advantage of the offer to upgrade from a personal account to a family account at no additional charge for 10 months. I am trying to follow the instructions (for Windows) on this page but I do not see the Transfer Items option listed as step 5.
I can now see 6 vaults listed under my personal account and 2 (essentially empty) vaults under the new family account. Please advise how best to transfer all vaults from the personal account, and then deactivate that account, so that I am not charged twice in future

I think this might be happening because you have multiple vaults to transfer, which don't exist in your new account yet. In this case, you can create those vaults in your new account, and then move items over.
