Unlock using Touch ID not showing in Preferences on 2019 iMac

Running 11.0.1 on a iMac Retina 5K, 2019.

"Use your Apple watch to unlock ..." is turned ON in Mac OS X preferences
WiFi is enabled.
Have shut down my iMac to see if 1P preferences changes but did not work

The option to turn this on does not appear in the 1P app

Unfortunately, the 2019 Retina 5K iMac is not one of the supported machines for this feature. Please see the system requirements list for a complete list: https://support.1password.com/apple-watch-mac/#get-help

Bummer - figured since Auto Unlock is supported but yeah . it does not have the T2 controller. Guess next time I should read the systems requirements :)
