Unlock Mac with Iwatch not showing in Prefs

I have the latest update of Mac OS big su and Watch os. I want to unlock 1Password with my watch. In the manual I should see a check Box in the pref/security folder . There is not a such check box there.
How could I do.

What version of macOS are you using? Catalina or higher is also a requirement.
