I am having trouble logging in to website with my id

I bought a new Mac and need to access 1Password but cannot sign in. I can pull up my passwords on the Mac as they are synced with my iPhone 11 Pro Max but cannot log in to your website. It keeps asking for the Secret Key which I enter (that is in my iPhone app) but the website says combination not found.

    Can you please post a screenshot of the error message that you are seeing? I don't think I have ever seen a "combination not found" message yet, so I would like to make sure we are both on the same page. Thank you!
