Can't sign in after Mac clean install.

I'm doing a clean install of Catalina on my iMac and I cannot activate 1Password as it won't recognize the data from my iPad or iPhone on my family plan. It says the info is incorrect even when I scan the code..."unable to verify credentials."

I don't know where to start in trying to troubleshoot this so any help appreciated.

    Problem solved, my bad as I was using the wrong Master Password. I'd delete this if I could but can't see an option. Thanks for looking anyway.
