Hey @SoftAllan, thanks for reporting this filling issue.
It looks like I'm seeing the same behaviour on my end when I have both Autofill and Accessibility turned on. When I have Autofill turned off, filling works. Therefore, the issue is specific to Autofill. I've gone ahead and reported this to our developers.
In the meantime, you can use our drag and drop feature: https://support.1password.com/getting-started-android/#drag-and-drop-to-fill-in-other-apps.
