update 1pw apple store fails

Today received an message to update 1pw in the app store (1Password Manager, 20th november). Update does not complete and the red dot stays. Installed version is: 7.6 (70600006). I don't like errors and so on in my password manager; is it still save or not. Tried a few times but no result. First message: 1pw must be closed, click continue to close 1pw en continue update. Does not finish it. App opens and a second message appears that 1pw cannot be installed en try again later.

    Solved: shut down and restart. Close 1PW. Close other apps. Open Appstore and update 1PW. Works fine this way.
