Different user access within the same vault?

We are a machine building company with development and machines in series production.

We see a need to have different access levels for users and groups WITHIN a vault. For instance we have vaults for Machine X, Y, Z. We wish to to easily separate access inside this vault for machine development projects and outsourced sub suppliers. That way we could have a single vault for the machine but still manage users within it.

I guess we could create separate vaults, but tht would be a hazzle when we have to move a password between them.
