SCIM Provisioning <> Okta

Hope all is well!
I followed the document for SCIM provisioning. We used the digital ocean for SCIM setup and added the app in Okta as per the document.
Provisioning works as expected. However, when I click on the 1P app in okta it doesn't redirect to the correct(subdomain)1password login page. Instead, it goes to my.1password.com and says email and password incorrect.
I have an option to select 1password.com, 1password.eu, & 1password ca.
For example custom domain.1password.com
I have tried to create a custom app in okta. I don't get the provisioning option in okta.
If I enabled the SCIM option I see provisioning but with more options for which I don't have some of the info to fill in.
Access token endpoint URI - I can add bearer token
Authorization endpoint URI - ?
Client ID - ?
Client Secret -?
I have reached out to okta and they mention it is 3rd party configuration we cannot assist you with this issue.
Please let me know where to enter the custom domain created with our test account for 1password.

I added https://scim.example.com/scim to the base URL in okta as mentioned in the link below:
https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D50Z00008KfdKa/has-anyone-been-able-to-successfully-integrate-1password-with-okta-using-the-op-scim-bridge?language=en_USNow, when I click on the 1P app in okta it redirects to https://subdomain.1password.com.
