Reduced preferences menu

Good morning,
I was trying to synchronize my passwords on the Apple keychain with 1Password but other icons are missing from the preferences menu in addition to the sync icon.
I am part of a family account.
It's normal? How can I solve?
Please help me!!!!

    Hi @biofed! Welcome to the forum!

    If the Sync tab is missing, it means that you are syncing your data to 1Password.com. In this case, sync happens automatically, to the Sync menu is hidden.

    When it comes to the other icons, are you referring to something specific? Have you already tried clicking on the ">>" button to show the additional sections?

    I already tried but there is only the icon "Advanced".
    The normal preferences menu should be like this (as seen in internet):

    Also on my iPhone the preferences menu is reduced

    It's a bit weird, isn't it?
