Hello, my wife and I have both a personal account with different billing dates. How would I move to a family account without loosing money? If I change my account to a family account, is the amount already paid transfered to my family account?

Yes, you get a credit based on the remaining time on the Individual subscription you have :+1:

How would I move to a family account without loosing money?

One of your accounts would become the Families account, so you can invite the other person, who can then delete the second account. We will be happy to help you with the billing here.
