Started new subscription on web, iOS apps keep telling me account is frozen
I just signed up for a subscription after using the licensed apps previously, which I'm beginning to think was a mistake. The website says my account is good but every time I try to add the account to my iPad, it keeps telling me my account is frozen, even after deleting the app and starting over. And despite the instructions on the website, "Scan your account details" isn't an available option.
