I contacted support the morning and described the situation. The responce I received did not answer the question and was not geared to solve my problem.
Like I am saying:
I CAN NOT LOGIN TO 1PASSWORD

I can not because I dont have the secret number anymore!
I have expressed my dissatisfaction very often about the help I am getting. My friend had the same experience and solved his problems after days and hours.

I am paying for something I can not use because I am circled around.
