Is there a way to convert "go" items into "logins"?

I have many items added years ago as "go" but now I don't use them. Can these be converted to "login" item?

    Hey @bijayach ,

    I'm not quite sure what "Go" items are. Care to post a screenshot here of such an item? Just make sure to censor out any usernames/passwords/personal info since this is a public forum. :)
