Just upgraded to 1PW7. Now i always get this "Welcome to 1 PW" window...
cannot fill any logins with doubleclick - instead i always get this advertising window... 2,99 for a monthly membership account... i dond need that and i have no secret key. This is irritating.

Do you have a license to 1Password 7? It requires a license to function without limitations or a subscription. If you do have a license to 1Password 7, may I ask where you installed it from? Our licenses only work with the version downloaded from our site. They will not work with the Mac App Store version.
If you need to switch versions, this help topic on how to do that may help.
