Can see WLAN Server on iPad
Just upgraded my iMac to V7. Running BigSur 11.0.1 on the mac. Start up the WLAN server on the mac. Go to my iPad running 7.7 and go to Sync then select WLAN server..window comes up but no server in the list. I upgrade my app on the iMac fine. On the iPad went into 1password accounts and connected to my new account for V7.

Does 1Password on the iPad have permission to access devices on your local network?
Try checking Settings > 1Password
