How to Start Over with Same Account
I've forgotten my master password and so would like to start over. When I start to create a new account, I'm asked for billing info, but I've already got that set up. How do I start over with new password, etc. without being billed for a second account?

A second account would require new billing details. However, it sounds more like you want to start a new one and set the old one aside because of that forgotten Master Password. Perhaps you have already been billed for a period of time and so forth.
