When I d/l enigmail-2.1.7-tb-1.xpi 3.2 MB Modified: Today 17:12 it downloads the 1Password sign in where I have to enter the master password. Once I do, and enter where all my logins and etc. I can't find the file I've just downloaded.

1Password Version: 6.8.8 (688001) Mac App Store
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: macOS Big Sur version 11.0.1
Sync Type: iCloud

The file should be where ever you downloaded it. Typically this is the Downloads folder. We only supply passwords and usernames. We do not directly interact with any files. I am not familiar with the file you are talking about, but a Google search leads to their site. This seems to be a Thunderbird email plugin. It sounds as if it's asking for a password for something. You may want to try copy/paste to enter your password into it. I believe it's asking for email credentials.

I am not familiar with the application. You'll likely want to contact their support for guidance on how to install/configure it.
