MacOS App store says an upgrade is available download done but can not install it.

2018 MacBookPro, Catalina 10.15.7, 1Password v7.6 (70600006). App store shows available update, downloads it but will not install. Pop up says - Close this app to update, click continue to quit "1password 7' and complete the update. When I do that - another pop up says unable to close '1password 7'. The update for '1password 7' couldn't be completed. Try again late.

    Please try quitting all browsers and also quitting the 1Password helper.

    1. Look for our helper in the menu bar near the WiFi indicator and the clock. Right-click on the helper and select quit 1Password completely.
    2. Completely quit any running browsers.
    3. Update from the Mac App Store.
