Logging into Integromat.com, using 1Password's "command" + "/" shortcut fails to fill the form
More specifically, at https://www.integromat.com/en/login, it fills blank and the page doesn't seem to register anything.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @awholelattelove!
What browser is this happening with, so we can make sure we test the same configuration as you are using?

Hey again @ag_ana, of course- I am using Safari (14.0.2). Thank you :)

Thank you for the confirmation! I have just tested this website in Safari and I was able to fill both fields using the keyboard shortcut. Can you try to create a brand new Login item for this website with just website, username and password information, and see if this new one works?

Hi again @ag_ana, thanks again for the quick reply! I did as you said and it seems to work perfectly now that I've created a new one. Out of curiosity, what did that do, do you think?
Thanks and all the best :)

My understanding is that this can happen if the website changes one or more times since you created the Login item originally. When you create a Login item, 1Password saves some page information so it is able to properly fill your credentials on the page. If the website changes later on, it is possible that this information that 1Password stored is not helpful to fill anymore, so creating a new Login item usually helps get new page information :)

Hi @ag_ana,
Following up on this briefly, I think was mistaken before—the shortcut works, but selecting the sign in field doesn't seem to allow me to fill the form with my saved information. To help explain what I mean:

Thanks again!

Thanks for the additional info, @awholelattelove! I'm having a hard time opening the .movie file, but I don't think I'll actually need it. I was able to reproduce what you reported – the inline menu directly underneath the email/password fields doesn't seem to be able to be clicked properly (I smell a focus trap). That said, I did figure out a way to fill on this site. You'll have to click the 1Password icon in your browser to open 1Password mini, then press the enter key or click the
Autofill
button next to your Login item. Alternatively, you can use theCommand-\
keyboard shortcut, like Ana mentioned. The good news is that I've got this reported to our developers. We'll continue exploring ways we can improve the 1Password filling experience. I really appreciate you taking the time to report the issue to us. :chuffed:
