Manual conversion from True Key to 1Password shows "No Items to Show"
I am on Windows 10 and am trying to convert manually from True Key to 1Password. Upon entry to a web site for login True Key will paste the ID and Password. 1Password only displays "No items to Show". If I delete a character or add a character then the option to "Save in 1Password"is displayed. Confounded. Thanks for any help. Jess

Just in case you are not aware, there is a truekey converter in the converter suite. It will properly convert and setup your 1Password so that you can use the entry in 1Password to auto-fill the username, login.
If you know about the converter, and decided to import manually, be sure to go to the website, fill your credentials, and then allow 1Password to save the entries as a new item. See:
