I cannot sign onto 1Password on iPad/ iPhone, reacts password. 1Password works fine on mac.

My iPad and iPhone 1Password worked fine until last night when I could not login to iPad and also discovered login did not work on iPhone. 1Password works fine on the mac. 1Password version is 1Password 6. OS is 10.12.6. After trying to log onto the iPad 1Password after 3 times I get a response that says: Password Hint (a clue that I don't understand) and a Dismiss at the bottom. What do I need to do to access 1Password on iPad and iPhone?
