Master Password - MacBook Pro

I just downloaded my 1Password7. It works with my iPhone (using FaceTime). It does not work with my MacBook Pro. I'm sure about my Master Password, but I have not been able to use it with my computer. Thanks for your support.

    Thank you for your reply. When I try to unlock the app in my MacBook Pro it does not recognize the master password. The app is working normally in my iPhone.
