I'm unable to add users to vaults, is there an issue at the moment?

I'm working on Chrome browser. I have a new user added to our Business account and created a new vault but can't add the user to the vault.
I also tried adding existing users to the vault and adding the new user to older vaults and it doesn't work, this is the message I'm getting:
"Failed to update team members.

The request took too long. Check your Internet connection and try again.

ClientError: Failed to add vault access. The request took too long. Check your Internet connection and try again.
