Currently you are emailed only if a new device logs into your 1Password account. Is it possible to also receive an email if someone correctly enters the secret key and master password but fails to enter the 2 factor code?
This would alert you that someone was able to find your secret key/master (emergency kit stolen, keylogger on computer etc.). If someone has both the secret key/master password and tries to login but isn't able to guess the 2 factor code, the user would never know.
