Logins on iPad not appearing on iPhone...

New login added to iPad does not appear on my iPhone. In fact, 129 logins appear on my iPad and only 115 on my iPhone. Am I missing something from 1Password 101 ?? ;-). I think I’m still in 1Password 6. Thank you!

    How are you syncing your data? When I hear this most often, it's because of a mismatched setup on the devices. This especially occurs when someone has just moved to one of our memberships and a Primary vault remains on one device. A Primary vault cannot be seen nor interacted with by a membership.

    If that sounds like you, please try these steps.

    1. Copy the missing items from the current vault (Primary) to the Personal/Private vault.
    2. Make sure the items appear on the other devices.
    3. Remove the Primary vault from the device where it remains.

    ag_tommy, thank you for this! That appears to have been precisely my problem, as I have recently moved to a membership. I made sure all login items were accounted for in my Personal vault and then deleted the Primary from both my iPad and iPhone. Now those devices and my MacBook all show just my Personal vault with an equal number of login items on each. A huge help. Thank you again!
