1Password 7.7 Mac constant subscription solicitation pop-up - disable?

Hi there - I am suddenly getting a constantly repeating 1Password subscription pop up on my stand-alone license. I do not have a subscription. I purchase 1Password 7 in the summer of 2019.

Any ideas what I need to do to disable this?
