I have many passwords in my iCloud and I want to import them in 1password, is it possible? I don't have any sync options.

    To do that you'll need to:

    1. Open the advanced tab, and enable the option for Allow creation of vaults outside of 1Password accounts.
    2. Enter your Master Password when prompted.
    3. Open 1Password preferences and click the sync tab.
    4. Select iCloud for the Primary vault and follow the prompts.
    5. What a few minutes as the sync continues.
    6. Once it completes use this set of instructions to import your data.
    7. Once your import is complete, make sure the Primary vault is removed from all devices.

    Oh, wait... I still can not see my iCloud passwords in 1Password :(

    I'm sorry, I thought you had been using iCloud syncing previously. Were you referring to items stored within the Safari browser instead?

    yes, I want to copy my existing passwords from Safari and iOS native password manager to 1Password. Is it possible?

  • Let's get you back to where you were at. :chuffed:

    1. Open the advanced tab and uncheck the option for "Allow creation of vaults outside of 1Password accounts."
    2. Enter your Master Password when prompted

    As to getting your data into 1Password, @MrC has a converter suit that may benefit you. https://1password.community/discussion/comment/494051/#Comment_494051

    @St1ggy ,

    To help with your Safari passwords stored in iCloud Keychain, use the Get_Safari12_Passwords in the converter suite. Follow the directions on the post.

    See the ConvertSafariPasswords.mp4 video under the Extra Help > Videos area where you download the converter suite. It will show you how it works, and what to expect. Let the script run to completion before you use the Mac (it won't take very long).

    I'm here to help if you need more assistance with this.
