Updating Passwords & Syncing
I have been a 1Password user for many years and love the app. My wife and I have recently upgraded to the new iPhone 12 Pro’s, iPad 8th Gen, and a new Apple Watch Series 6. It is time to update our passwords (longer & non-repetitive) on our new devices and had questions on using the longer “1Password” suggested PW’s. Questions are below- hope they are clear enough:
1. How do you initiate the longer 1Password suggested PW?
2. Does this longer PW then become that websites PW in the future?
3. How do you sync your 1Password account with 2 different IOS devices (i.e. iPhone12 & iPad), (iPhone & Apple Watch)?
Thank you for your assistance- Dave & Diane Miller

Hi folks,
I apologize for the delayed reply. You can learn about how to change your passwords to strong ones suggested by 1Password in this guide:
Change your passwords and make them stronger
Yes, the password for the website has to change as part of this process, but since 1Password can fill your passwords for you — you don't need to know/care what the password for any given website is.
How do you sync your 1Password account with 2 different IOS devices
To have the same 1Password data on multiple devices you'd sign into the same 1Password account in the 1Password app on each of them:
Get the 1Password apps
I hope that helps!
