Generate list of logins, usernames, and associated emails excluding passwords

I like 1password. I do trust it to maintain passwords for me. I switched from keeping login lists to 1password.
However, I still want to maintain a list of logins, the associated website, username, and email separate from 1Password. Is there a way I can make 1Password generate that report excluding, of course, the actual passwords in a CSV file?

My apologies for the delayed reply. It is possible to export your data to a CSV using 1Password for Windows:
How to export data from 1Password
Then using a spreadsheet editor you could trim the export down to just the fields you're looking to keep. I hope that helps!
