Enabling 1Password on a 2nd Computer User Account - Same Computer

Hello Agilebits. I am using 1PW 7 (standalone) on a 2018 Mac mini with a single computer user account. I would like to add a 2nd user account to the same computer with the 2nd user being able to use 1PW 7 (standalone) whereby they can create their own 1PW account (master password and vault(s)) which, in turn, would also allow them to WiFi sync to their iPad. At present, when I add a second user to the computer (no problem), the 1PW app appears, but it is requesting my master password and contains my existing vaults and data. Can you please outline the steps I need to perform to install 1PW on the 2nd user account whereby they create their own vaults and data. Thank you.
