Locked out of old vault, and can't switch
I've tried 1Password in the past on my Mac, but didn't have the master key. So today I deleted my account on the web, and created a new one with the same email. However, when I downloaded the Mac app, the first thing I'm prompted to do is enter a password for some vault, and the password for my new account doesn't work. So I think it's showing some old vault, and won't let me switch over or add an account without unlocking the old one first...which I can't do. Any suggestions?

Hi @robin92! Welcome to the forum!
It sounds like your 1Password app still has your old credentials in it. Can you please reset it completely, so you can then enter your new credentials the next time you launch the app?
