How to remove frozen account from iOS app

I have an old frozen account and an active family account. Both are logged in to the iOS app. I can't find a way to remove the frozen account - the Sign Out button is greyed out. How do I get rid of it? Do I need to uninstall the app completely and start from scratch to add the active account??

If the sign out option is unavailable then uninstalling & reinstalling would be the way forward, yes. I'd recommend having a printed copy of your Emergency Kit handy, and making sure you're able to sign in using it at https://my.1password.com/signin?a=new&l=en before uninstalling. :)
