1Password not usable with MacOS Big Sur (Performance Issues)

Hi all,

I recently bought 1Password and just started to add my passwords. Overall it runs well on all devices including the browser extensions except for Mac (MacOS Version 11.0.1). On my Mac the performance is so bad that it is almost impossible to work with 1Password. Every click takes at least 5-7 seconds. Even minimizing the tool takes ages.
I have 9 safes including 39 passwords in total so that should not be the problem.

Is anyone else having performance issues on Mac? What can be done to fix the issue?

    We have made improvements in our betas that have helped a lot of folks with this. Would you be interested in trying the beta? If so, please use this set of instructions to enable the betas.

    We hope to release the beta to the stable channel as soon as the beta phase has been completed.
