Why does 1Password ask me repeatedly to save the login information?

Created a new account at LinkedIn.com (yea, I know--I had deleted my old one 'cause I was getting too many notifications. But needed to rejoin) and even though I have a single, complete, correct entry in 1Password for LinkedIn.com, 1Password asks me every time to save the credentials.
Have I done something wrong here? This doesn't happen on every site, but it's happened on a few over the past few days. Thanks!

    Registered to say I have the same issue. I have to add this website to my ignore list. Very annoying

    Hey guys,
    This is currently a known issue we've been tracking in the 1Password extension for Safari.

    At the moment, the workaround is indeed to add the website's domain to 1Password's exclusion list (1Password app -> Preferences -> Browsers).

    Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully this will be resolved soon.
